Lucas had a lot of "firsts" in October. He went to his first Iowa State football game. The weather was gorgeous... the game was not.
He had his first tractor ride and first combine ride. What a day! This little boy loves tractors and loves steering wheels. Lucas suffered a crying spell when his daddy had to correct his driving skills.
Lucas celebrated his first Halloween as a lion. I think he rates low on the intimidation scale. What do you think?
Lucas has expanded his vocabulary from "dada" and "mama" to include "uh-oh" and uses it when he drops his sippy cup :) He now has six teeth. The biggest first is that Lucas is walking! While it is exciting for him to achieve these milestones, it is hard to believe they happened so quickly. Where did my baby go?!?! He will turn one in six weeks. Stay tuned for the obligatory messy cake picture.
