CYCLONE tailgate tour

In the middle of spring planting, the kids and I met up with my sister, Caleb and Adele to attend one of the Cyclone Tailgate Tour stops across Iowa.
Hannah, Lucas and Ryan with men's basketball coach Fred Hoiberg.

Fred trying to talk Ryan into looking at the camera!  :-)

Football coach Paul Rhoads with Lucas and Ryan.
He thinks Ryan is on the right track to be a line backer.

Women's basketball coach Bill Fennelly with Lucas and Hannah.

Wrestling coach Kevin Jackson putting Lucas in a headlock.

Cheerleaders!

Lucas and Ryan with Cy.  Hannah wanted nothing to do with this picture.

Mom and her Cyclone crew!

Caleb and Lucas.

Hannah, Aunt Karen and Claire.

After the coaches spoke, Athletics Director Jamie Pollard asked all of the kids in attendance to go up on stage.  Lucas was smack in the front row, again, Hannah wanted nothing to do with that!  Pollard was having the kids cheer to see how loud they could get.

Look who is screaming his Cyclone head off?!

Our littlest Cyclone fan.

Karen and I.
I'm thankful she was willing to jump in the car and come meet me and the kids for a fun evening!

~perry ag services~

I get the joy and privilege to work with my husband everyday.  Obviously we work together at home and as a family but I get to work with him as co-owners of our business.  We are lucky enough to get along, too :-)  Even though I might think I know what I'll be doing on a particular day "at the office" it doesn't always end up that way.  While helping make deliveries this spring I was responsible for all of these modes of transportation in a matter of one day…

And lastly, delivering children to and from soccer practice.

I love all of my jobs!

shooting hoops

Way, way back early this spring our basketball hoop was installed.
Lucas had been waiting for this day!
It didn't even matter to him that it was 30-some degrees outside; he played for over an hour.

Then he played just as much the next day when it was in the 40s, but raining!

Daddy and Ryan played, too.

Ryan loves to get a hold of the basketball.

Mom plays, too!

Fancy tricks...

Hannah mostly likes to be held up to dunk it!

The install crew initially forgot the backboard sticker.  They came back another day and put that on.  Because clearly we didn't have enough cardinal and gold.  :-)
