We visited my friend, Nicole's farm to see some cute baby chicks. The kids thought they were cute and Lucas wanted to see the baby chicks, then the laying hens, back to the the chicks. Nicole and I were friends growing up, both went to Iowa State and ironically, only live about 45 minutes from each other now.
The baby chicks are so cute. It only take a few days for them to grow and ... well, they get ugly quick.
Lucas made this bunny treat box at preschool and brought home an egg he colored.
He was so excited to eat it. But he didn't love it.
Lucas and I made yarn eggs for our Easter tree.
It was a pretty messy craft, but they turned out great.
