Adventureland

We went to Adventureland in July with Dave & Maggie, Marc & Sara and Greg & Loree and families.  It was a nice day, slightly overcast and under 100 degrees.  I didn't take a bunch of pictures, just a few shots from my cell phone, but we had a great day.  Lucas and Hannah both really enjoyed the day. 

Hannah was mesmerized by the carousel.

These two were a pair!  This picture was about 500 feet into the park - you'd think they were pooped already! 

Neither Brent or I do well on round & round rides.  Thank goodness we could send them with other people :)  Hannah took a special liking to Loree that day.

Thanks to the help of Greg and Brent, Lucas won two smurfs. 

Before they started playing I told Brent not to win anything mammoth in size. 

Like these poor people - who won a GIANT pepper... or pickle... or green something. 

 I felt bad for the poor lady pushing this stroller.  If Brent would've won something big, that would have been me.  Then I realized wait, what about that poor little boy inside the stroller!  Man, would that stink to share the stroller with!

Ava and Lucas with the best ride of the day... at the end of the day. 

You'd think Hannah and Lucas would have fallen asleep after six hours at the amusement park and three hours of water park fun and a belly full of yummy food from Jethro's BBQ.  Nope!  But they did sleep good that night.
