Spring Break 2015

Our week long spring break was spent hanging out with friends, a couple days at Grandpa & Grandma's and watching lots of basketball.

The best quote of the whole week was Lucas telling me "I'm glad to spend spring break with you, Mom."  That is a pretty awesome feeling when you know lots of people are doing fun things on a sunny beach somewhere.  I know it's about WHO we are with and not WHERE we are, but some warmth would've been appreciated in the still-cold-temperatures of Iowa.

Almost no one would be able to spot us on television.  But when I am home watching I always look!  On this particular night I saw Brent and Lucas several times - I had to document it.  

Taking Loree to a game for her birthday was a fun treat!  

Getting the high roller treatment at Johnny's with free food and drinks was fun, too! 

We enjoyed the Big 12 Tournament with the Maddens again this year and convinced the Krauses to come for the fun, too!
