Nick and Ryan ~ summer birthdays

Celebrating Nick and Ryan's birthdays is typical summer fun - baseball and grilling! 

The kids played their own game until after lunch, then it was aunts and uncles, too!

It was a C-O-L-D track and field day!

But that didn't change the kids' spirits.

Rounded out with a night of baseball for the Tigers.

Hannah loved preschool and she learned so much!  What a joy to watch her learn and grow.

seed goes in...

Planting season starts for our family long before the ground is prepped and suitable for planting.  That's why sometimes we need warm furry boots and winter coats in the seed shed.  

Once the weather warms up the ice cream machine starts running.  Treats for all! 

There is always work to do, including vacuuming spilled soybeans that roll like marbles!

We are thankful to raise our kids with a farming way of life.  

Cardinal Classic

 The Cardinal Classic is the finale of the gymnastic year.

Coach Alli!  She was so good to Hannah and they had so much fun together.
