Harvest 2015

Harvest is such a special time of year.  While reaping the bounty of the crops we get to enjoy family time and the (usually) beautiful fall weather. (That's because when the weather is yucky, we stay home and just let the grown up farmers do their work).

We are always thankful when harvest is complete but especially when it's been a safe and abundant season!

big kid bed

Ryan moved to a big kid bed.  It truly was a big move.  After three perfect babies growing and sleeping in our crib it was time to convert the crib to a full size bed.  The youngest child gets the biggest child bed. Ha!

The cross country team has a 1 Mile Fun Run the day they host their home cross country meet.  To Lucas, any suggestion of a competitive sporting event and he's interested.  They played flag football that morning and then we headed to the cross country meet to run some more!

Halloween fun!

Good Shepherd Preschool Imagination Party.  The theme was "community helpers."

Brian and Leslee hosted a Halloween Costume party.  I borrowed my friend Kim's 1980s rocker gear.  Brent was ISU Football Coach Paul Rhoads.  Then we had an ISU football player, a frog, and a veterinarian.
