One of the best parts of summer is hanging out with friends, barbecuing and letting the kids run wild.

Then, the kiddie pool moved to the bottom of the slide.

A few balloon rockets ended up in the tree limbs.  Scott rescued all of them.

The grown ups always have fun, too.

The water fun wasn't over, yet.

Garrett (2 years old) looks a little fearful on his way down but he was all smiles when Marc caught him at the bottom.

Jonah must have felt restricted and shed his clothes.

Sign of a tired boy...

but loving all of the friends and fun!

Hannah was entertained all night. She fell asleep about dusk when the big kids retired to the basement to watch a movie. She slept contently while the grown ups continued visiting on the deck... in the dark.  We like all of the outdoor fun just as much as the kids.
